1. 14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for FetchOtter purchases.

If you would like a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for FetchOtter paid plans are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record.

This means Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, payment processing, and refund processing for purchases made through FetchOtter.

3. Refund Requests

If you would like to request a refund, you should submit your request through Paddle’s buyer support portal at paddle.net.

You may also contact us at mohit@fetchotter.com, and we can help you locate your order or direct you to the correct support flow.

We may request information reasonably necessary to help identify the transaction, such as the email address used at checkout, transaction date, amount, or other order details.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Cancellation stops future renewals. If you want a refund for a recent purchase, please submit your request within the 14-day refund period described above.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

If you have statutory rights to cancel, withdraw from, or receive a refund under the laws that apply to your purchase, those rights continue to apply.

6. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This Refund Policy should be read together with the FetchOtter Terms of Service. If there is any inconsistency, the Terms of Service will control except where applicable law requires otherwise.
